Take a break when you must ~ Know where you’re going ~ Don’t lose sight of it ~ Rest ~ Drink water~ Don be sick for too long ~ Have late nights, but not all the time ~ Remember who you are~ Go places ~ Stay home ~ Go out ~ Venture beyond the seas ~ Look to the sky ~ Aim high ~ Stay rooted ~ Remember who’s around ~ Forget who’s not ~ Remember your past ~ Forget it ~ Remind yourself again ~ Play games ~ exercise ~ sleep ~ slack ~ study hard ~ mug ~ don’t mug ~ socialise ~ chill out ~ have quiet time ~ have noisy times ~ indulge in your senses ~ but only for a moment ~ remember where you’re going ~because that’s where you want to go ~ and take care while you’re at it.
