    Also, learn to say no. No to people and disruptions who need your attention when you are at your task. It takes more time and effort then you know to get back to the flow state.

    And I map my day the night before I sleep. That time before bed is easier to segment out than the time in the morning.

    I still fail at the regular bed time portion though I do plan my time, etc.

    Personally I also need more work on the 'learn to say no' part. Sometimes I would end up spending hours and hours on Wikipedia/Youtube all by following 1 single link to the sites mentioned.

    Good one!!.. I agree with all teh points.. Esp enough sleep.. It really can do wonders to your concentration and focus.. and help you get things done..

    Yeah…I think saying no part is something I need to pick up too. Right now, to avoid having to say no, I'll just isolate myself somewhere. I figure if the person has something really urgent, he/she will call me on my phone.

    …and if it doesn't warrant a phone call…then I guess it wasn't that important in the first place. heh
