I just realised that WordPress for BB 1.4 is now on App World.
The new features include:
Added support for HTTP authentication on password-protected self-hosted blogs
Improved the app’s ability for bug reporting and feedback
The file browser now remembers the last opened folder
Has bug fixes as well.
